Menu Card. Your menu details to be placed on the tables. The amount to order depends on the size and number of tables and whether you wish for one per guest or to be shared. Ideally allow a minimum of 3 per table of 8 people.

Table Plan. This shows your guests where they are to be seated if you are having a reception meal. You will only need one.

Place Cards. This informs your guests of where you wish them to sit on the table. You will need to order a place card/label for each guest attending, with a few extra in case of mistakes (if you plan to write the name on yourself).

Table Name/Number. This identifies the table your guest has been designated to (shown on the table plan). You will need one or two per table.

Thank You Card. To thank your guests for their gifts and sharing the special day with you. You need one per household who attended the wedding or one per person, couple or family who gave a gift.

Save The Date. An advanced notice to your guests of your wedding date. Helpful if your wedding is at a busy time of year. Send one card per household invited to the wedding.

Day Invitation. Invites guests to the wedding and reception. Send one card per household invited to the wedding. It is always an idea to order a few extra to allow for mistakes or for a ‘reserve’ list if you have one. Ideally, send out your invites 6-8 weeks before the wedding - so make sure you have ordered them in plenty of time to allow for design, proofing, printing, posting etc. We can advise on your schedule.

Evening Invitation. Invites guests to your evening reception. Send one card per household and as above order a few extra to allow for mistakes or for a ‘reserve’ list if you have one.

RSVP Card. An additional printed postcard sent out with your invitations prompting a quick response from your guests. You will need one for each invitation.

Order of Service/Day. This contains details of the order and content of your ceremony including the music, readings and hymns. You will generally need one per couple, although you may prefer one to each guest. Remember to include members of the church or choir and don't forget the bride and groom! Any wording should be checked over by the minister/registrar.
